Sequential content writer

To improve the quality of the written content, we want to generate sections sequentially instead of in parallel.

The parallel functionality makes it much faster, but each section is not really aware of the sibling contents. With the sequential writer we will pass a rolling, context to the next section so that the section will basically continue writing and this will improve the quality and the overall quality.
